Clovenstone Lodges is a privately owned collection of self-catering lodges set within peaceful woodland and rolling countryside just outside Inverurie in Aberdeenshire.

Owned by Graham and Alison, Clovenstone was created to offer somewhere people can step away from the pace of everyday life and enjoy time together in comfortable, welcoming surroundings.

Over the years, Clovenstone has become a place where families gather, friends reconnect, couples escape for quiet weekends away and guests return year after year to enjoy the peace, privacy and fresh countryside air.

Our larger four-bedroom lodges are designed for group stays (sleeping 8 – 10), family holidays and celebrations, with spacious open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens and private outdoor hot tubs overlooking the countryside.

We know that feeling comfortable and relaxed on holiday matters, which is why accessibility has always been an important part of Clovenstone. Our larger lodges include disabled access features to help make stays easier and more enjoyable for all guests.

We’re also proud to be genuinely dog friendly, with pets welcome to stay at no additional cost.

Hidden amongst the trees, our Woodland Lodges offer a more private and peaceful escape designed especially for couples and families.

With cosy interiors, private log-burning hot tubs and quiet woodland surroundings, they’re perfect for slower mornings, evenings under the stars and taking time to properly switch off together.

Although Clovenstone feels secluded and tucked away, it’s ideally located for exploring the best of Aberdeenshire and the North East of Scotland.

Guests can enjoy easy access to Inverurie (2 miles), Aberdeen, Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms, along with nearby castles, beaches, walking routes, golf courses, local food and drink and some of Scotland’s most beautiful countryside.

After a day exploring, Clovenstone offers somewhere peaceful to return to and unwind.
